Answer :You can control inactivity. If you are active then you will have better health. Obesity puts a strain on your heart and obese individuals may have a heart time being accepted. High blood pressure is a cause of heart and other problems. High blood pressure is caused by stress. Unnecessary stress can put a strain on the heart.
