Health-related skills are things you can do that will strengthen your body. Skill-related are characteristics you gain once you have improven your health-related skills.

What are the skill-related components of physical fitness?

agility; balance; coordination; power; reaction time; speed

Why does a person not have to be a good athlete to be physically fit?

Being an athlete is not required. So a person can be physically fit just so they can be healthy and feel better and not because they want to play a sport.

Why is it important to know your current level of health-related fitness?

So you will have a healthy lifestyle and it if it isn't good then it will be able to be fixed in time and reduce the risks of hypokinetic diseases.
